The RSVP list is the photo-delivery list.

One record per guest — invite, RSVP, pass, table, dietary, the photos they'll go home with. Filter by Confirmed, Pending or Declined, add your own custom fields, import a CSV, and set roles in bulk. When you're ready, issue digital passes and they go out over WhatsApp.

Zones · area access

Who goes where — decided by the pass.

Lay the venue out as zones — gate, stage, dining, booths, backstage, a VIP lounge — and let the pass be the key. Access is category-aware: a VIP lounge knows a VIP, a backstage zone knows the crew. For an expo or summit it's the same map, drawn as halls, stages and booths.

Set the timeline once. It runs the room.

Every item on the run sheet — baraat, keynote, dinner, the afterparty — feeds the guest's Tonight strip and the venue's up-next screens automatically. Reminders send themselves, and "Announce this" hands the copy to Announce already written.

Talk to the room. Catch what goes wrong.

Broadcast to confirmed guests or just one side, schedule the send, watch the read-rate. And when something goes sideways — a lost bag at Gate 2, a wheelchair request — a guest taps Report, the nearest crew picks it up, and the reply lands back in their own updates. No lost WhatsApp threads.
