Terms of Service

1.The agreement

Studionity is operated by Ganatech Solutions ("Studionity", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and us. If you use Studionity on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organization.

2.The service

Studionity is a face-matched photo delivery and event operations platform for events of every shape — from weddings and sangeets to corporate summits, conferences, expos, fairs and college fests. It lets organizers upload event photos, and lets guests join with a code, verify a contact detail and register a selfie so each guest receives only the photos they appear in. It also offers optional FaceGate walk-in entry, passes, RSVPs and related event tools, delivered across our products — Share, Edit and Events. Studionity is currently offered as an invite-only pilot.

3.Organizer accounts & responsibilities

If you create events as a photographer, studio or organizer, you are responsible for how you use Studionity. You agree that:

• You have the rights to every photo you upload, including any necessary permissions from the people who appear in them.
• You have a lawful basis to invite your guests and to have their contact and face data processed to deliver their photos, and you will obtain any consents required of you as an organizer.
• You will provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You will not use Studionity to process data of people who have not been invited to your event, or for any purpose other than running that event.

4.Guest terms

If you join an event as a guest, you join with the code the organizer gave you and verify your contact with a one-time password. Registering a selfie and opting in to FaceGate are your choices, and each can be withdrawn at any time (see Data Deletion). Your gallery is for your personal use — do not misuse, redistribute or attempt to identify people in photos that are not delivered to you.

5.Content ownership

Photographers and organizers retain ownership and intellectual property in the photos they upload. By using Studionity, they grant us a limited licence to host, process and deliver that content solely to operate the service. We claim no ownership of your photos. A guest's selfie remains the guest's, used only as described in the Privacy Policy.

6.Plans & pricing

Studionity uses a plan-based model: each plan includes space for a set number of stored photos (deleting photos frees space), plus a separate wallet of messaging credits for invite and notification sends. During the invite-only pilot, access may be provided at no charge or on terms agreed with you directly; prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

7.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Use the service to harass, stalk, or identify people without a lawful basis, or to build a face database beyond an event's purpose.
• Attempt to breach, scrape, overload, or circumvent the security of the platform, or access another account or gallery without authorisation.
• Resell or sublicense the service except as expressly agreed with us.

8.Service availability

Studionity is offered as a pilot/beta and is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, and there is no guaranteed uptime during the pilot. We aim to keep your data safe, but you should keep your own copies of important photos.

9.Privacy

Our handling of personal and face data is described in the Privacy Policy, and instructions to delete your data are on the Data Deletion page. By using Studionity you acknowledge those documents.

10.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studionity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

11.Indemnity

If you are an organizer, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload without the necessary rights, or from your failure to obtain a lawful basis or consent to invite and process your guests' data.

12.Termination

You may stop using Studionity at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service. On account closure we delete your data as described in the Data Deletion page, except records we must keep by law.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have to approach a consumer forum, the competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make a material change we will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
